POP UP PARTY MAGIC offers design & decor for your next party, event or celebration. We also offer Party & Event Planning in limited settings.
Our Pop Ups are affordably packaged to include the things you want and need. They are designed by our talented team that's inspired by nature, our heavenly dreams, floral design, interior design, fashion and from clients like you!
Or feel free to check out Party-in-a-Box and a la carte only the 'parts' you want for your big day.
Most Elevated Pop Ups include more consultations, planning, organizing and execution. These custom parties and events are not packaged. Packages and Party-in-a-Box can be used as a building block to get you the event of your magical dreams.
We'll always incorporate different linens, décor and prop combinations.
We're always adding new inventory to our collection. We work with some great vendors and professionals. We encourage you to put your unique flair on things by selecting the occasion, theme, colors, options, vibe and adding balloons, keepsakes and rentals.

Pop Up Parties are pre-designed & pre-packaged for us to POP in and out! Ideal for intimate parties and guest counts. Your unique, tailored design, rentals and decorations are included. You should always select theme, color, vibe and add options, rentals & keepsakes to give it your unique flair.
POP UP PARTY SERVICE Design & Decor fee is $0. Rates for these quickie parties include our service fee. Party as adorable as $349.

Sometimes a simple announcement speaks just as loud as a big celebration. Celebrate your milestone or occasion with:
Yard card greetings - Oversized cards (signage) celebrating any occasion or milestone. It includes your message and theme cards. We love celebrating birthdays, graduations, the new baby's arrival & more!
Inflatable greetings - These colorful additions feature favorite character and theme props to sway in the wind and help announce your celebration. A power source is required for these add-on's.
Yard balloons - Colorful balloon designs featured along with other yard greetings celebrate you in a colorful and festive way.
These greetings are placed in your front yard so that passer-byers can honk their horns and celebrate you as well.

These bright delights may only last a few days, but the joy that they bring will certainly last a lifetime.
Same Day Delivery balloon bouquets- Order by 10 am and we'll do our best to squeeze you in. Advance ordering recommended. Helium filled bouquets and voluptuous air-filled organic designs await you. CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE. Bouquets are available with party/event reservations.
Event balloons (garlands, arches, columns & walls)- Hire us for balloon services only or have your balloon designs inclusive with your booked party or event.
Balloon Add-on's - Give your balloon design your unique flair with add-on's such as metallic balloons, glitter balloons, jumbo Mylar letters & numbers.
Balloon party packages - More balloons. More fun. These packages allow you to have multiple balloon designs throughout your event space.
Bouquets as fun as $55 Children's party add-on's and $25 per square feet for organic garlands and arches.
We've got you covered. We offer interactive photo booths. These modern joys allow groups to capture unlimited photos and videos that can be printed out, emailed & texted and instantly shared on social media. You can customize to add gifs, boomerangs, inflatable booths, facial smoothing filtering and more.

Party-in-a-Box - Browse our services and a la carte your party with only the 'parts' that you want. No paying for a package with things you don't want or negotiating substitutions. You get the most out of customizing here. Combine these parts with any Pop Up that we offer to create a building block to get us started.
Curated tablescapes - Enjoy your dinner table spread laid out with stunning centerpieces, elegant dinnerware, fresh florals and glistening candles. Yep! It's waiting for you at your next dinner party, shower, retirement dinner, wedding head table, and other elevated eatery experience.
Yard parties- From colorful yard cards on the front lawn, to a bash in the back yard, this custom party held in your yard will be a blast! Includes canopies to accommodate your RSVP or lounge areas just for the honorary guests.

Products ordered by PUPM, yet purchased by the client to be used in the party.
If we work with the client to design the product, a Custom Bespoke Design Service fee may apply. However, if we only order the product, client is only responsible for the price of the product and any associated fees.
This purchased keepsake will be surrendered to client after the event.

MICRO WEDDING PLANNING & ELOPEMENT is great for a budget savvy bride who has done, or plans to do, most of the leg work themselves, or with the support of family and friends. They are ideal for intimate weddings with less than 50 attendants, with a budget less than $5000. Services have a starting rate of $750, or 20%, whichever is greater, and may increase based on sophistication needs.
Upgrades also available:
PARTIAL & FULL WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES are for wedding with RSVP greater than 50, more elaborate and sophisticated weddings and for brides who desire more assistance. Services are provided by our affiliates. We will also work with your event planner. Inquire within. Rate starts $1000 and increases with your needs.
We're that great source! We listen to party planners and management to design and decorate their client's dream event. You'll wow the client and guests with an elevated magical ambiance that uniquely represents.

Most of our clients for Party Planning have a minimum budget of $5000 for their event. If this is not for you, we suggest you consider other Pop Up Party Magic options that are within budget.
We are not a rental company. We do not provide rentals unless they are part of your booked event or party.
